Course Curriculum for the
Business Project Consultant's Training Program
The Business Project Consultant's Training Program is a comprehensive and intense training program designed to give the individuals the knowledge and power to immediately establish a successful consulting practice and immediately start working with clients in Business Project Consulting.
The two (2) day training course is divided into eleven (11) sections. For information about the instructors, see the About Us section of the website.

Section One: This section is an introduction to the consulting profession and an analysis of the consulting industry as it relates to your potential income, career path, growth and success.
Section Two: A study and analysis with actual case studies of various business projects. This will allow your expertise to be expanded and integrated with your potential client’s needs.
Section Three: A study of the steps and procedures that you will use in any business consulting project. The subject material covers how to conduct a needs analysis (a systematical approach to conducting a client interview), determine project specifics, how to gather information, how to identify possible solutions, how to present your recommendations, how to implement your recommendations and how to conduct post project review. (All material contains case studies and samples.)
Section Four: A study into the art of information gathering techniques using observation, case studies, interviews, surveys and focus groups.

Section Five: In this section you will be developing various skills. This section includes skills assessment evaluations, development of problem solving skills, communication skills, management skills and a study in business ethics.
Section Six: This section will provid you ways to advance your education, study and development beyond the BPCTP training.
Section Seven: You will learn to develop your individual approach to dealing with clients. This section provides the basis for you to immediately start working with clients and utilizing the support available to you.
Section Eight: This section includes the subject materail you will need to help your clients with financing, client contracts and interpersonal skills.

Section Nine: This section is entirely dedicated to client acquisition and retention. The material you will find in this section includes how to choose your target markets, marketing tools, marketing techniques, creating proposals and your sales presentation.
Section Ten: This section provides the factors that will assist you in succeeding as a Business Project Consultant.
Secton Eleven: This section is the preparation of your Business Plan. The Business Plan is included in the training materials and we will begin the process of completeing the plan. The material is Windows and Mac compatible.
